On receipt of your order we will confirm within 48 hours of when you can expect delivery of your exclusive timepiece, many watches are stocked in the UK, but some are built to order, direct from the manufacturers. If you are unsure about your purchase, please email us before making payment.

We have a 14 day returns policy, and to qualify for a full refund we would need to receive watches in perfect condition, and require any returns to be sent back by special delivery. (Note: refunds are for purchase price only and do not include postal costs.)
PLEASE NOTE:
We do check all items before despatch, use insured delivery options to cover any damage that may occur during delivery. However we cannot offer a replacement or refund for items that have been damaged after being worn.
Payments made by Bank Transfer, and Cheques(UK Banks only!), need to clear before your watch can be despatched. We aso accept payments via Google Checkout and PaypPal.
